Shipping & Return Policies within the U.S.


Orders received Monday-Friday will be shipped within two days. If an order is placed on the weekend or a holiday, the order will ship the next business day. 

We try to keep all items in stock. If for some reason the product you desire is not in stock, you will receive an email or phone call with an expected delivery date of the item or an option to cancel that particular item from your order.

All orders are shipped Priority Mail through the USPS and should arrive in 3-5 business days. We will try to keep your shipping to a minimum, packaging accordingly to save you postage fees. Your total invoice cost will be adjusted during processing of your order. If the item weighs less than 1lb, we will ship it First Class Mail to save you on Postage and your charges will be adjusted accordingly.

International Shipping Charges:

All international packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and will be charged accordingly. Please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for delivery. All postage costs will be adjusted on your invoice during processing. All taxes, customs or duties incurred with this purchase are the responsibility of the customer. 

Cancellation Fee:

If you have changed your mind about your order, please contact us as soon as possible! Once the order has been processed and packaged and we receive a cancellation notice, a cancellation fee may be charged of $5.00. 

Sales Tax:

All sales will be charged an 8.25% sales tax within California.

Return Policy:

Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy on any item excluding books and patterns due to copyright laws. All items must be in new condition and original packaging. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Shipping charges are non refundable. NO REFUNDS ON CUT YARDAGE. Items such as Hoffman Bali Batiks are unique as each piece is hand painted. Variations from roll to roll, color to color are to be expected. This is the beauty of these goods and is not to be considered flawed. We will do our best to inspect the yardage prior to shipping.

Retreat Refund Policy:

You are eligible to receive 90% of your deposit and full refund if you cancel one month prior to the event. Cancellations are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled by another individual. If the spot is filled, you will be refunded at the same rate as above. No fees or deposits will be refunded for cancellations less than one month prior to the event. 

Privacy Policy:

All information you share with us is confidential and will not be shared/sold with others. Payment method information is not stored and will be required each time you want to make a purchase.
